We offer shipping anywhere in the USA
Purchase products over $40 and enjoy free shipping service.
We currently do not provide transportation services outside of the United States.
Shipping and Processing Window
- All orders are typically delivered 3-5 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
- Processing generally takes between 1-3 business days, depending on the product ordered.
- You will receive your order typically 5-10 days after you place your order.
- If your order has taken longer than expected, please reach out to our customer service at contact@xmassager.com
- We’ll be happy to make things right by either refunding your shipping, canceling your order, or providing a discount on a future order for your inconvenience.
Once your order has been packed and the shipping label printed, you will recieve an email from us with your tracking number. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to activate.
Discreet Packaging
All orders are packed and shipped in discreet plain boxes. There are no discernible markings/logos/words to identify the contents of your package.
Damaged Item(s):
XMassager meticulously packs every package with great care to ensure your glass products arrive the way they left our facility – intact! That being said, sometimes accidents are unavoidable. In the highly unlikely event your item(s) arrive damaged, please take several photos of the damaged item, box, and packing materials, and send them to contact@xmassager.com. Our customer service team will take great care of you.
